UPS Residential/Commercial ground service is our standard method of delivery. Please use the chart above to calculate the charges and approximate delivery time for your order. We are committed to shipping all orders of instock merchandise within two business days, most orders ship the same day the order is placed!
Canadian shipping and handling is provided for us by Canada Post. Charges will be calculated for you and additional payment may be required. All Canadian orders require a valid phone number where you will be contacted with shipping costs. You must contact us by email to provide your phone number. The shipping of your product(s) will be held until contact with us and payment is made. Package recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes. Next Day or Second Day Delivery is not available to Canada.
Returns/Exchanges:
If you need to return or exchange an item due to sizing, damage, mistake, or for any other reason, simply complete the short exchange/return form on the back of your invoice and mail the form with your return/exchange to Wildlife Images, 1115 West Liebau Road, Suite 300, Mequon, WI 53092. Returns should be shipped prepaid and insured. CODs will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, however your new merchandise will be shipped to you free of charge. Please allow 10 days for us to receive, inspect and process your request. |
